Woollen, Molzan and Partners designed the new Center for Agricultural Science and Heritage (CASH). The Center's mission is to "educate the public about American agriculture, rural life, and the production of an abundant, safe food and fiber supply."

Located on East 38th Street in Indianapolis, the new Center will be linked physically and programatically to the Indiana State Fair Grounds. The complex is designed to facilitate a memorable, interactive learning experience for visitors of all ages. The past, present, and future of agriculture in Indiana, the United States, and throughout the world will be presented. Exhibits will portray the people involved, agricultural practices used, and the influence of agriculture on our daily lives.

The design includes a new "round barn" to serve as primary exhibit space, a hands-on festival yard and model farm, as well as conference and classroom facilities. In the first construction phase, a historic 1932 open truss barn was moved from the Northwest side of Indianapolis and was renovated as gallery space and an administrative center.
