Design Philosophy
Woollen, Molzan and Partners designs landmark architecture responsive to our physical and social environment. Special attention is paid to the functional purpose of the building as it relates to this context, past and present.
Our design team reaches out to understand both the human and practical needs in designing the client's new facility. During the planning process, we employ a long-established program of living in with the client. This allows us to fully understand the client's needs, wants and desires, conduct interviews with users, absorb the site context, and refine the functions of the space.
For any design to be a success, the client must participate as an integral member of the designteam. To this end, communication between the architectural design team and the client is paramount throughout the design, construction, and initial occupancy of all structures. Woollen, Molzan and Partners commits to providing this attention, from the simplest residential renovation to the largest facility.
